About me

I utilize evidence-based practices to help clients navigate their challenges effectively. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, my goal is to empower you on your journey to healing.

How I can help

I use an integrative approach that supports the client and meets them where they're at. I pull from various modalities (but are not limited to): cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and Person-centered. I work with clients ranging from adolescents to middle aged adults.

Goals

I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and the goal of therapy is to help unlock that potential. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, while empowering you on your journey.
