I use an integrative approach that supports the client and meets them where they're at. I pull from various modalities (but are not limited to): cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and Person-centered. I work with clients ranging from adolescents to middle aged adults.
